Port143— IMAP / STARTTLS
IMAP sur TCP 143 peut passer à une connexion chiffrée avec STARTTLS lorsque cette fonction est prise en charge. Cela diffère du TLS implicite sur le port 993.
Registry assignments, software defaults and local listeners are different things. A port number alone does not identify or secure a service.
